In this challenge, you’ll receive 7 DAILY PROMPTS from me (all within a single PDF file) that walk you through how to clean out and restock your pantry. You’ll learn more about each of the ingredients you’re searching for, why you’re searching for them, and where they tend to hide. Plus, I’ll provide specific recommendations for higher-quality alternatives to replace the items you’re discarding.
In this challenge, you’ll also learn about what I mean when I say “properly prepared food”, why it’s so important, and how to buy or easily prepare properly prepared pantry staples.
By the end of this challenge you’ll have your pantry stocked full of nutrient-dense, high-quality and properly prepared foods, including condiments and sauces, so that you can feel confident in feeding yourself (and your family).
